Fitness Training, Coaching, Massages (Schaumburg)

I am an ACE certified personal trainer with many years of experience. I work with people of all fitness levels and ages, from those that have never trained, to those looking for the next challenge: - bodybuilding training and coaching - weight loss training and toning - strength training - lifting weights - postural and core training / TRX & Pilates - stretching- mobility I also offer relaxing and I therapeutic massages: - deep tissue minimum 90 min - trigger points for sciatica - sports - Swedish - feather touch - combination Incalls only. My studio is located in a professional building in northwest suburbs near 90/290 loop, (exact location can be found on the map). Hours 12-10. No walking in, you need an appointment booked at least a few hours ahead. Personal training 100/hr.
